Michael Ward of Tamborine Mountain Distillery has just returned from Singapore having been chosen by Tourism Queensland to represent Queensland in a promotion to entice Singaporeans to holiday in our beautiful state. Nine others accompanied Michael.

The promotion was titled ‘THE BEST OF QUEENSLAND’ and was held at VIVOCITY, a multi story high shopping centre with foot traffic of some 140,000 persons per day going through the doors.
“It was indeed an honour & privilege to be chosen “an exuberant Michael Ward said. “We started at 10.00am and went through till 10:00pm every night. It was a seven day campaign.”
“Many Singaporeans have been to Australia and some to Brisbane & the Gold Coast but few had heard of Tamborine Mountain. They sure have now. Expect an invasion in the coming months. I gave out hundreds of brochures. Queensland Tourism is very active in the Asian market place and Tourism on Tamborine Mountain can only benefit by their ongoing commitment.”
On May 1st, 2009 a deal was signed appointing HIGH SPIRITS PTE LTD SINGAPORE as Sole Agent to Distribute & Market Tamborine Mountain Distillery Products in Singapore.
