Description:

Apricot Brandy: Awarded Brandy of the Year at the London Spirits Competition 2023, this golden-yellow brandy features subtle orange hues and a delightful balance of sweetness and tartness. On the nose, it evokes the refreshing aroma of apricot juice with hints of stone fruit. The palate begins with notes of almonds, followed by the rich sweetness of ripe apricots, complemented by a touch of vegetal freshness and a finish that is clean, lightly tangy, and dry.

Serving Suggestions: Enjoy neat, over ice, or as a key ingredient in cocktails. It adds a rich fruity twist to classic drinks like brandy cocktails, sours, or an apricot mule. It also makes an excellent addition to hot toddies or paired with sparkling wine for a festive spritz.

ABV: 40%

Makes very nice apricot brandy balls

1 x 55ml bottle of Apricot Brandy
250 grams shredded coconut
500 grams dried apricots
Caster sugar for rolling

Blitz coconut and apricots in a food processor separately till they can be ground no further. Mix together with brandy. Mix will be sticky. Leave for a couple of hours in fridge to be more manageable. Take out and roll into balls and coat in caster sugar. Store in the fridge.

Thank you so much for sharing this delicious recipe! Apricot Brandy balls sound like a perfect treat, and we love that you're using our Apricot Brandy to make them extra special. We hope others give it a try and enjoy it as much as you did!
