At Tamborine Mountain Distillery, we take great care in packaging and shipping our products. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve it.
Damaged or Faulty Products
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incomplete, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will arrange either:

A replacement product, or

A refund for the affected item
Tamborine Mountain Distillery may request that the damaged product be returned before issuing a refund or replacement.
Returns
Due to Australian liquor regulations and food safety standards, we generally cannot accept returns for alcoholic products unless they are damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will assess the situation and assist where possible.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged, faulty, or incorrect product.
Weather and Shipping Conditions
We carefully package all orders; however, we cannot guarantee product condition if shipments are exposed to extreme weather conditions during transit. If your order arrives affected by transit damage, please contact us so we can review the situation.
Order Changes or Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will do our best to assist, but orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they have been dispatched.
Distillery Experiences and Bookings
Cancellations or changes to bookings must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking time.

Bookings cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows may not be eligible for a refund.
Guests are responsible for arriving on time for their reservation. We may not be able to extend bookings for late arrivals.
