Here are the duties and responsibilities for the position:

• Welcome guests warmly and assist them in navigating our tasting room/bar.
• Offer helpful guidance on our large range of products to enhance their experience.
• Conduct enjoyable cellar door tastings, sharing insights into our spirits with customers.
• Mix and serve delicious cocktails following our recipes and customer preferences.
• Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Keep the tasting room/bar clean and organised, including restocking inventory and washing glassware.
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth and enjoyable visit for our guests.
• Stay updated on our products and participate in training to provide the best service possible.

Skills and Experience:

• Casual position, approximately 1–2 days per week.
• Availability to work weekends is essential, as most shifts will be on Saturdays and Sundays.
• Occasional weekday shifts may be available during busy periods, school holidays, and special events.
• Availability between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm.
• Current RSA certification.
• Friendly, engaging, and confident personality.
• Helpful, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
• Physically fit and comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting stock when required.
