Bergamot Sour

Ingredients

40 ml TMD Ginger & Rhubarb Gin

20 ml TMD Bergamotcello

10 ml TMD Grapefruitcello

20 ml Fresh lemon juice

25 ml Simple syrup

A few drops of foamer


Method

Shake all ingredients without ice to activate the foamer, then add ice and shake again to chill; double strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel.
