Watermelon Sour
Ingredients
75ml TMD Watermelon Liqueur
30ml Fresh Lime Juice
45ml Watermelon Juice
5ml Sugar Syrup
1 Egg White or 30ml Aquafaba (for a vegan option)
Method
Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously until well-chilled. Strain the mixture into a coupe or rocks glass, and for a playful touch, garnish with a sour lolly.
