Butterscotch Hot Chocolate

Butterscotch Hot Chocolate
250 ml milk
30 ml TMD Butter Whiskey liqueur
30 grams dark chocolate, chopped
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 tablespoon sugar (adjust to taste)
Whipped cream (optional)
Chocolate chips or caramel sauce for garnish

Heat milk in a saucepan until hot but not boiling. Add chopped dark chocolate, cocoa powder, and sugar. Whisk until smooth. Remove from heat, stir in Butter Whiskey Liqueur. Pour into mugs, top with whipped cream, and garnish with chocolate chips or caramel sauce.
