Irish Fairy

Ingredients

45ml Moulin Rooz Absinthe

1 tsp TMD Australian Herbal Liqueur

1 tsp Mint Liqueur

1 egg white

Method

Fill a shaker with all ingredients. Shake well for about one minute. Add a few ice cubes into your shaker. Shake well. Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
