Ingredients

45ml TMD Lavender Liqueur

30ml TMD Lilly Pilly Gin

30ml Lemon juice

10ml Sugar syrup

Soda water, to top

Method

Shake the Lavender Liqueur, Lilly Pilly Gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup with ice. Double strain into a highball glass filled with ice, then top with soda water.

Garnish with a sprig of lavender.
