Lavender Sour
Ingredients
20 ml TMD Lavender Liqueur
60 ml TMD Lilly Pilly Gin
15 ml fresh lemon juice
10 ml sugar syrup
Foamer (approx. 1–2 dashes)
Method:
Add lavender liqueur, gin, lemon juice, sugar syrup, and foamer to a shaker. Dry shake briefly (no ice), then add ice and shake again until well chilled. Fine strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a lavender sprig or lemon twist.
