Lychee Elderflower Gin Tonic

Lychee Elderflower Gin Tonic

Ingredients

60ml TMD Yuzu Gin

20ml TMD Lychee & Elderflower Liqueur

30ml Lime Juice

15ml Sugar Syrup

Tonic water

 

Method

Fill a whisky glass with ice. Add gin and lychee & elderflower liqueur. Top with tonic and gently stir once or twice to combine. Garnish with a rosemary sprig and a lychee on a skewer.
