Plum Scrumptious

Ingredients

45ml TMD Davidson Plum Gin

20ml TMD Wild Forest Plum with Rose & Elderflower

10ml Fresh lemon juice

10ml Sugar syrup

1 dash Aquafaba/egg white

Method

Shake and mix liqueurs and ingredients with a cocktail shaker. Double strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with edible flowers.
