Ingredients

30ml TMD Lilly Pilly Gin

20ml TMD Hibiscus Liqueur

15ml Fresh lemon juice

10ml Simple syrup

Method

Shake all ingredients with ice and pour over fresh ice in a wine glass. Top with sparkling wine and garnish with a dried lemon for a visually stunning and aromatic finish.
