Ingredients

50ml TMD Lilly Pilly Gin

25ml TMD Lychee & Elderflower Liqueur

25ml Lemon juice

10ml TMD Violetta Liqueur

Champagne

Method

Shake first 3 ingredients and strain over ice in a highball glass. Top with Champagne. Float or drizzle Violetta Liqueur over top. Garnish with a lemon wedge or violet flower.
