Sugar Plum Fairy

Ingredients

45ml Gin (We recommend using our TMD Davidson Plum Gin)

15ml TMD Wild Forest Plum & Strawberry Liqueur

15ml Sugar Syrup

15ml Fresh lemon juice

Egg Whites

Davidson Plum Sugar rim 

Method

Add ingredients to Shaker. Add ice. Shake and strain into a martini glass with Davidson Plum sugar rim.
