Sunset Spice Punch
Ingredients
30 ml TMD Ginger liqueur
30 ml TMD Citrus Brandy
15 ml honey (approximately 1 tablespoon)
Juice of 1/2 orange (about 30 ml)
180 ml hot water
Garnish: Orange slice, star anise
Method
In a mug, combine the ginger liqueur and citrus brandy. Add the honey and orange juice. Fill the mug with hot water and stir well until the honey is fully dissolved. Garnish with an orange slice and a star anise.
