Ingredients
50ml Freshly brewed espresso
30ml of your choice of liqueur (wattle toffee, butter caramel, coffee, or dark chocolate)
Scoop of vanilla ice-cream
Method
Place the ice-cream in a bowl and gently pour over the liqueur and then the espresso.
