The Nordic Knight
Ingredients
30ml TMD Aquavit
30ml TMD Quandong & Gentian Bitters Liqueur
30ml Freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
Ice
Sprig fresh dill, for garnish
Method
Fill a mixing glass halfway with ice. Rim an old-fashioned glass with salt, then fill it with ice. Combine the aquavit, grapefruit juice and Quandong & Gentian. Garnish with the dill.
