The Pink Lady
Ingredients
15ml fresh lemon juice
15ml Sugar syrup
20mL TMD Citrus Brandy Liqueur
1/2 egg white (substitute for aquafaba to make the recipe vegan)
Method
Dry shake all ingredients, then shake with ice. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with edible flowers.
