Ingredients

25 ml TMD Violetta liqueur

20 ml TMD Lilly Pilly Gin

15 ml fresh lemon juice

5 ml simple syrup (optional, to taste)

Top with sparkling wine

Method:
Shake all but the sparkling wine with ice. Strain into a flute or coupe, then top with bubbles. Garnish with a Lemon slice or edible violet
