Ingredients

45ml TMD Lilly Pilly Gin

20ml TMD Davidson Plum Liqueur or TMD Davidson Plum with Rose & Elderflower

20ml Fresh lemon juice

20ml Honey water

1 dash Aquafaba/egg white

 

Method

Shake and mix liqueurs and ingredients with a cocktail shaker. Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a sage leaf.
