Witches Brew
Ingredients
45 ml TMD Australian Herbal Liqueur
30 ml TMD Citrus Brandy
20 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
15 ml Sugar Syrup
15 ml Aquafaba (or egg white)
Ice
Method
Add the ingredients to a shaker. Dry shake vigorously for 15 seconds to emulsify the aquafaba, then add ice and shake again until chilled. Strain into a whisky glass filled with ice.
