Zesty Twilight Mulled Wine
Ingredients
750 ml red wine
60 ml TMD Citrus Brandy
30 ml TMD Ginger Liqueur
1 orange, sliced
1 lemon, sliced
3 cinnamon sticks
5 cloves
3 star anise
60 ml honey
Garnish: Orange slice, star anise
Method
In a large pot, combine red wine, Citrus Brandy, Ginger Liqueur, orange slices, lemon slices, cinnamon sticks, cloves, star anise, and honey. Heat gently over low heat for 20-30 minutes, ensuring it doesn’t boil. Strain into mugs and garnish with an orange slice and a star anise.
