Distilled from 100% Australian malted barley and matured in American Oak ex-Bourbon barrels, every batch offers subtle nuances that reflect our mountain climate, pristine water, and handcrafted approach.

Our pure mountain water, free from additives, combined with controlled maturation in oak, creates a whisky that is smooth, elegant, and full of character. Each release is drawn from a single barrel, ensuring a truly authentic and distinct flavour profile.

Tasting Profile

This cask reveals delicate malt sweetness on the palate, unfolding into layers of toffee, subtle vanilla, and whispers of light smoke from the medium-charred oak. A touch of peat and gentle spice lingers, finishing warm, balanced, and satisfying.
