Enjoy on its own neutral, Apricot Eau de vie should be served extremely well chilled and neat. It blends well with neutral mixers like soda, but anything flavoured should be avoided because it will mask the attractiveness of the Apricot aromas. They can also work well with certain desserts, particularly frangipane-based tarts topped with Apricot fruit.
