Our Limoncello follows a traditional Italian method with a distinct Australian twist. Made from handpicked Australian lemon zest, the peels are carefully steeped in pure spirit to release their essential oils. The infusion is then blended with freshly squeezed lemon juice and a lightly balanced syrup, resulting in a vibrant, golden-yellow liqueur bursting with citrus character.

Bright aromas of lemon peel open the senses, followed by a refreshing burst of fresh lemon flesh on the palate.
