Yuzu Storm
Ingredients
50ml TMD Yuzu Gin
20ml TMD Yuzucello
20ml Fresh Lemon Juice
10ml Simple Syrup
3-4 Drops Foamer
Aromatic Bitters (for garnish)
Dried Yuzu Peel (for garnish)
Method
Add TMD Yuzu Gin, Yuzucello, lemon juice, simple syrup, and foamer to a shaker without ice. Dry shake vigorously to create a rich foam. Add ice and shake again until well chilled. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with dried yuzu peel and finish with three drops of aromatic bitters as decoration.
