The bold ruby red grapefruit flavour dominates, with a delightful mix of sour and bitter notes, complemented by a sweet citrus zest aroma. Hints of marmalade and the fresh, juicy flesh of the grapefruit enhance the flavour profile, creating a well-rounded and refreshing taste.

Serving Suggestions: Best enjoyed chilled as an after-dinner digestif in a chilled cordial glass. Shake well before serving to mix the natural citrus oils. Pompelmocello can also elevate cocktails, be used in creative desserts, or poured over ice cream for a zesty treat.
