Warm, delicious, soothing

Ever since we found this over a decade ago, Australian Herbal Liqueur has been our favourite for flavour & scent, even for soothing a sore throat or when under the weather - a shot is all we need! If only the bottles were bigger like in the old days... We keep misremembering the name as "Bush Liqueur" but we know what to order when we see it on the webpage :)

Absolutely Delightful

About 10 years ago my dear now departed mother bought me a bottle of the herbal liquer after we both taste tasted it at the distillery. We both enjoyed it so much, later that afternoon we tucked in.

What was left I used in cake recipes and a drizzle here and there on ice cream. I thoroughly enjoyed it in each and every way.

It is expensive but well worth the coin for those special occasions.
